I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks to Frank and Joanne in your shipping department.  They were incredibly helpful yesterday in getting my  order processed and sent via overnight courier.  The package even arrived very  first thing this morning rather than on the afternoon UPS truck so I have even more time to work on my customer order that has to ship tomorrow.  I really  really appreciate the time and effort they put in, including calling me back promptly when there was trouble with my credit card going through. I received my merchandise today and I have to tell you I am thrilled. I was trying to find a craft that my mother-in-law could do. She was always very crafty, but she quit doing crafts because it became too expensive for a single senior. Well your products are affordable, easy to use, and she can make wonderful gifts at little cost to her. I was so impressed I just sent in another order today for more molds and scents for her. My hat is off to you. You have made a lady who got used to just sitting and watching TV, into the active person we all love.
