use, customer service answered my questions
in less than two minutes and helped me
receive my order in time with no problems.
If more places took care of their customers

Thank you
very much for my Easter moulds. It arrived
this morning which is Tuesday the 3rd. I was
so excited when I opened the box and saw all
the wonderful moulds I ordered. A big
thank you for getting it here before the
Easter holidays. I already have told my
friends and family of the huge range of
moulds you have. So hopefully you will send

I just
had to write and tell you how delicious
the creme centers were that I purchased
from you. I ordered 1 of each flavor and
had them sent to my sister-in-law (that
is where we make our candy) and told her
to have my brother try them and tell me
what he thought. Well he called and told
me he thought I better order more
because he ate most of what I had sent.
So I placed another order and ordered 2
of each and we all absolutely loved the
coconut and peanut butter especially!

Customer Service-- I ordered
the powdered food coloring so that I
could make my own colored sugar for
cookies. I placed my order on Monday,
the 23rd and was told that it would take
7 to 10 business days. I came home from
work today on the 26th and saw my
package so soon. I was so thrilled with
the fast service that I wanted you to
know that I'm very pleased with the

Hi,
Just
wanted to Thank You for having an
on-line service to order chocolate candy
supplies. I have recently moved to
Florida from New York and I have been
unable to find anything down here other
than dusty, old chocolates at various
arts and craft stores. Finding your site
in time for the holidays was amazing. I
guarantee I will be a repeat customer.
I placed an order last night, I was
wondering when it would be shipped out.
I did request it be rushed so I could
make some candy before Thanksgiving. If

would like to offer a sincere thank
you to the gentleman in the
marketing department who talked at
length with my husband this
afternoon about chocolate tempering
machines. He learned a great deal
and appreciated all of the
information. I too learned
something new, thanks to the
information shared by this
gentleman, about the impact of aging
chocolate left to sit on a shelf too
long! I have experienced
intermittent streaking and often
wondered why. Now I know. Although
we will not be purchasing the
chocolate tempering machine at this
time (I will stick with my microwave
method!), I will be ordering
supplies from your company and, as I
have several friends who also do
holiday candies, I will be sure to

I just
wanted to say thank you so much for all your help!
Being stationed overseas can be a real challenge as
far as shopping goes. I just found out yesterday
that our Base Exchange is not going to be carrying
Wilton products anymore! So, shopping on the
internet is definitely the way to go, but even then,
not everyone will ship here. You guys have an
absolutely awesome website, and probably the best
customer service of any site I've ever shopped with!
To actually write to me and let me know what the
different shipping fees are, and how to make it
cheaper - how cool is that?!! I will
definitely shop with you guys again, and will
recommend you highly to anyone else over here that
needs baking
