Delivery: We ship UPS (if you need next day, or air: e-mail or call us to price your order for special shipment!). Orders are shipped within 3 business days, sooner if possible.  Note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. We must have a street address. Payment: You may pay by credit card, check or money order. Personal checks must be cleared before shipment [15 days]. Credit card and money order payments will be shipped when received. Returns: Any request for returns due to damage or quality problems must be made to us by e-mail or telephone [1(877)487-4289] within 2 business days after you receive the product. Please note no returns are accepted without prior notification! Backorders: We will backorder items (unless instructed by you not to), should we be out of stock.
