Delivery: We ship UPS (if you need next day, or air: e-mail
delivery requirements or call us to price your order for special
shipment!). Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (Mon. thru Fri.,
excluding holidays), sooner if possible. However, during the year end
holiday season rush (Nov/Dec), it may take an additional day or two to
ship your order. We will guarantee same
business day shipment (for orders received by Noon EST)
for a $6 handling charge, you can tell us this when you "check out".
Note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. We must have a street
address.

On the day we ship to you, we send
you a confirmation email and for all UPS shipments (we ship UPS
unlessinstructed otherwise) a tracking number and the estimated due
date at your delivery address.
Warm Weather Shipping:
During warm weather (usually May through September) we recommend
chocolate be shipped via "Next Day Air" to Southern
states/regions, and "2nd Day Delivery" for all others. This may result
in additional ship charges (we'll let you know 1st). We will also
advise you of arrival times and someone must be there to sign for the
package. Please be advised we may have to hold shipment to avoid week
end or holiday delays, but if so, we WILL advise you in advance! Note
that properly handled, chocolate may be melted and remelted literally
hundreds of times without impacting the quality. It is not at all
necessary that it be shipped in an expedited way unless actual
melting temperatures are anticipated. If some softening/sticking of
the chocolate occurs, it will not impact the quality.
Payment: You
will have 3 options to process your order. Secure on line credit card,
credit card transaction by telephone, and check or money order by
mail. Personal checks must be cleared before shipment [usually up to
15 days]. Money Order payments will be shipped when received.

Returns: Any
request for returns due to damage or quality problems must be made to
us by e-mail or
telephone [1(877)487-4289] within 2 business days after you receive
the product. Please note no returns are accepted without prior
notification!
If damaged merchandise you
must save packaging materials (UPS may
require inspection). Call us 1st and we'll try to resolve any issues
with UPS for you!!
No food products can be returned
other than obvious shipment damage (for which you must save all
material as noted above), or verifiable quality problems (which must
be verified prior to receiving credit). For food products quality
issues: (1) call us for return authorization (2) after receipt of
product and verification you will receive credit for product purchase
costs (3) If product is not quality deficient after our
inspection, we will either return it to you at your expense, or scrap
it here if you do not want it returned, but no credit will be issued.
Books are not returnable
Backorders: We
will backorder items (unless instructed by you not to), should we be
out of stock. However, unfilled orders valued at $5.00 or less
will not be backordered.
International Shipments:
Candyland Crafts ships to many different countries. After we determine
shipping charges for your order you will be advised, by email, before
we ship. Please also be aware that some countries impose import taxes.
For example all goods imported into the EU (European Union) from
countries outside the EU are subject to taxes, including goods
purchased over the internet. For more about EU import taxes click

European Union Import Taxes If you have any concerns we
suggest you check the situation in your own country before placing
your order. Pre-payment may be required for certain international
destinations.
If you are using Pay Pay................
at Check Out, click the Pay Pal option, then pay the order total
(which will not include shipping). We will review your
order and send you a Pay Pal invoice for the shipping costs. As soon
as you remit shipping costs, we'll promptly ship your order. If you
have any special requirements/concerns, you can either include them
in the comments section of the Shopping Cart page where you enter
your ship/bill addresses, or in the "Message to Seller" text box,
during the Pay Pal check out.
Taxes:
The law requires that we collect taxes for any shipment made to a
New Jersey address. Taxes are based on destination, not the location
from which the order was placed..
