Merckens White Coating Wafers have a sweet and creamy white chocolate taste and are developed specifically for candy making.
This chocolate wafer is perfect for use in melting, molding and dipping while also adapting to any other confectionery need.
Our Merckens white chocolate simply melts in the microwave and does not need to be tempered before being used
or added to candy molds.
If a thinner chocolate coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added; If adding flavors or colors, use an oil-based color or oil-based flavor.

I bought 2 pounds of this product because I can't find a reasonable price or product here where I live. I make white trash every year for Christmas. I always buy from Candyland Crafts for all my molds and Merkens Chocolates for all my bonbons and candy recipes. Candyland Crafts has such a wide assortment for all crafts that I do.
