Merckens Lite Cocoa Coating Wafers have a sweet chocolate taste similar to milk chocolate and are developed specifically for candy making.
Our Merckens milk chocolate simply melts in the microwave and does not need to be tempered before being used or added to candy molds.
If a thinner chocolate coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added; If adding flavors or colors, use an oil-based color or oil-based flavor.

I have been ordering from Candy Land Crafts for quite some time from the former owner to the new owners. The new owners are very helpful and they go out of there way for you. Their candy melts are a reasonable price and their candy molds they have you can't get any where else. When I order by mail, my merchandise arrives in a few days, not weeks. I love this place.
