Merckens Milk
Merckens Lite Cocoa Coating Wafers have a sweet chocolate taste similar to milk chocolate and are developed specifically for candy making.
This chocolate wafer is perfect for use in melting, molding and dipping while also adapting to any other confectionery need.
Our Merckens milk chocolate simply melts in the microwave and does not need to be tempered before being used or added to candy molds.
If a thinner chocolate coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added; If adding flavors or colors, use an oil-based color or oil-based flavor.

My Aunt made chocolates and always used Merckens chocolate. She introduced me to it. Merckens melts beautifully and tastes delicious. I use it to make chocolate lollipops, chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered cookies.

Merckens chocolate is the only chocolate I will use as it not only is the easiest to work with but it has the best taste.
I recently made a 50 lollipop arrangement for my grandson’s communion party & it was emptied halfway through the party once the guest knew I had made them. Friends & family love the chocolate I use as much as I do!
